What's NOT included in any package
- Custom palettes outside the three pre-mixed options (custom installation, different scope)
- Backdrops above 6 ft or longer than 8 ft (custom installation)
- Floral elements, candle walls, charcuterie or non-balloon decor
- Multi-day setups, multi-room installs, or rolling-event setups
- Helium-filled balloons (we use air-filled with structured frames — longer lifespan, no drift)

Service area coverage
All package prices are the same across our LA service area. Only delivery surcharge varies for venues beyond 25 miles from central LA.

Payment & cancellation policy
- 50% deposit on booking confirmation
- Balance due 24 hours before event day
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before
- No refund inside 72 hours — materials are pre-cut and balloons pre-blown by then
- Weather rescheduling — free reschedule for rain/storm events declared by NWS within 48 hours of event date
- Corporate accounts — Net-30 invoicing available with verified W-9 on file
Pricing FAQ
Why are prices flat instead of per-foot like other decorators?
Per-foot pricing makes invoices unpredictable — buyers compare what looks like a similar setup at two studios and end up paying very different prices for the same outcome. We pre-design our 8 packages, build them the same way every time, and the savings flow to the buyer. The trade-off is fixed scope: if you need exactly 14 feet of garland, that's custom territory.
Do you charge extra for weekends or holidays?
Saturdays and major holidays book up first, so we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead — but the price is identical. No weekend surcharge.
Can I get a discount for multiple events?
For 4+ events booked in advance (corporate program, wedding-week multi-event), we offer a multi-event package rate. Contact us with the full schedule for a flat-bundle quote.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
No — LA County sales tax (currently 9.5%) is calculated at checkout. The listed price is the pre-tax fixed scope.
How does this compare to LA's premium balloon studios?
The top-tier LA studios price custom installations starting around $850–$1,500 for a typical 30-guest event scope. Our packages cover the same scope for $300–$550 using the same matte and chrome balloon brands (Qualatex, Sempertex, Tuf-Tex). The difference is design labor, not materials.
