A photo-ready baby shower installation, ready to reserve online. Soft pastel balloon garland, baby-themed foil accents (clouds, rattles, footprints), and a 6-ft backdrop styled for the gift-table area. Three palettes to pick from
Choose one palette at booking. Each is hand-mixed and proven to photograph well across indoor and outdoor LA venues.
Soft Pink
Blush, dusty rose, chrome white, pearl. The most-booked palette for girl baby showers — photographs cleanly under both natural and warm indoor light. Pairs well with rose-gold accents.
Soft Blue
Baby blue, sage, chrome white, pearl. Calm coastal-modern look for boy showers — works particularly well at Santa Monica and beach-adjacent venues. Layered tones photograph better than single-color blue.
Gender-Neutral
Sage, butter yellow, ivory, with optional blush touch. Increasingly the most-requested palette — works for co-ed showers, surprise-gender showers, and parents who skip pink/blue tradition.

What setup day looks like

Day -3: vinyl prep
Your "Baby [Name]" or "Oh Baby" vinyl gets plotted from our 12-mil matte premium vinyl roll in the matching palette color.

Day -1: garland build
Balloons get blown to spec and double-stuffed (matte + chrome layered) in our studio. Foil accents pre-attached to the garland.

Event day: arrival
We arrive 30-45 minutes before guests in the TFDS van. Pre-built backdrop frame, pre-assembled garland sections, and foil accents come out ready to install.

Event day: install
Backdrop frame, garland in 4-5 sections, foil accents, vinyl letters last. Final symmetry check, photo for your reference, hand-off in time for guests.
Why this package, specifically
The baby shower package is our second-most-booked SKU after Birthday, and it was designed around the most common LA baby shower scenario: 20-40 guests at home, in a private dining room, or at a venue like the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica, the Fairmont Miramar, or a Brentwood / Beverly Hills hotel garden. The 50-balloon count and 6-ft backdrop dimensions are sized for this scale — too small and the photo backdrop looks sparse, too large and it overwhelms a typical living-room gift-table area.
We landed on three palette options after testing roughly 8 different pastel combinations across LA events. The Soft Pink and Soft Blue palettes match the traditional gendered baby shower aesthetic; the Gender-Neutral palette has been growing fastest in 2026, reflecting the broader trend toward surprise-gender showers and parents skipping the pink/blue split. All three palettes use the same premium Qualatex and Sempertex latex — the difference is only color mix, not material quality.
For co-ed and surprise-gender baby showers, the Gender-Neutral palette works particularly well. The optional diaper-cake centerpiece add-on (3-tier, +$110) creates a focal element that fits both gender directions and doubles as a gift component the host can keep or repurpose.

What goes into your installation
Balloons: Qualatex and Sempertex premium matte pastels (24+ hr indoor lifespan, 6+ hr outdoor in LA heat). Foil accents: 14-22" foil shapes in cloud, rattle, baby bottle, and footprint silhouettes — pick two at booking. Frame: aluminum-core fabric-wrapped 6-ft backdrop frame, reusable across our setups. Vinyl: 12-mil matte premium plotter-cut "Baby [Name]" or "Oh Baby" lettering. We do NOT use helium for the installation — air-filled with structured frame has 3x the lifespan and zero drift risk for indoor baby showers.

When should I book a baby shower balloon package?
Most baby showers are booked 1–3 weeks in advance. Same-week is fine for the standard package; same-day requires a $75 rush surcharge. For Saturdays in Q2 (April-June) when both showers and graduations cluster, book 2-3 weeks ahead.
Can you do co-ed baby showers?
Yes — the Gender-Neutral palette works for co-ed events. Add the diaper-cake centerpiece if you want a focal point that fits both styles. The Gender-Neutral palette has become our fastest-growing baby shower option in 2026.
Will the balloons last all day?
Indoor installations are good for 24+ hours — morning setup for an evening event is no problem. Outdoor in LA heat is rated 6+ hours with our heat-resistant techniques. For coastal venues with ocean breeze (Santa Monica, Marina del Rey), we add anchor weights at no extra charge.
Do you offer matching tableware or other decor?
No — we focus exclusively on balloons and backdrop. We can recommend LA party-supply vendors (Party City, Bash, or specialty shops) that stock palette-matching tableware. The advantage of our palette set is it's easy to match commercially-available products.
Can I have a custom vinyl message instead of the baby's name?
Yes — anything up to 12 characters fits in the standard kit. Common alternatives: "Oh Baby", "Welcome [Name]", a date, or a single word that anchors the theme. Longer messages need an extra panel ($35).
What if the baby's name isn't finalized yet?
Common scenario — many parents save the name until after the shower. We use "Baby [Surname]", "Baby On The Way", "Oh Baby", or a placeholder phrase. Confirm in the booking form notes; we plot the vinyl with whatever you specify.
Can you set up at a private venue without a loading zone?
Most LA baby shower venues have standard street parking. For homes without driveway access, we park curbside and unload directly to the install zone — adds 5-10 minutes to setup time, no extra charge. Hillside addresses in Encino, Studio City, or Hancock Park sometimes need a quick dolly shuttle.
Is helium used in the installation?
No — our baby shower garlands are air-filled with structured frames. Helium has a 4-6 hour lifespan vs 24+ hours for air-filled, plus drift risk indoors. For a separate helium-filled balloon bouquet to send home with the guest of honor, see the add-on menu — that's a different product format.
Can I add a "thank you" backdrop for a separate photo area?
The standard package includes one 6-ft backdrop. For a second backdrop or photo area, the Photo Backdrop Board add-on ($90) provides a separate printed board you can place at the gift table or photo zone. Larger second installations are custom territory.
How is this different from a custom baby shower decor in LA?
Custom baby shower decor in LA typically runs $850-$1,500 for the same scope of scene — backdrop, garland, vinyl, setup. Custom adds 3-4 hours of design and consultation labor per event, which we replace with our 3-palette pre-mixed catalog.
