Choose one palette at booking. Each is hand-mixed and proven to photograph well across indoor and outdoor LA venues.
White & Blush
Pearl white, blush, chrome rose-gold, ivory. The most-booked palette — soft, romantic, echoes wedding palettes. Photographs beautifully under both natural and warm indoor light.
Sage & Cream
Sage green, cream, chrome gold, ivory. Natural-modern aesthetic — popular for garden venue showers and design-forward couples. Works particularly well at Fairmont Miramar gardens and Beverly Hills hotel terraces.
Champagne & Gold
Champagne, chrome gold, pearl white. Most formal palette — favored for upscale hotel venue showers and milestone bridal showers. Reads as elevated without being heavy.

What setup day looks like

Day -3: vinyl + column prep
"Bride to Be" vinyl plotted from matte premium vinyl. Balloon column structural frame assembled in our studio.

Balloons blown, garland built in 4-5 sections, column pre-strung, ring accents pre-mounted.

We arrive 30-45 minutes before guests. Column goes up at the entrance or photo-zone first, then backdrop with garland and vinyl, then ring accents.

Final symmetry check, photo for your reference, we're gone before guests arrive. The column makes for a strong entrance photo backdrop.
Why this package, specifically
The bridal shower package is one of the few SKUs in our catalog that includes the balloon column as standard rather than as an add-on. The reason: bridal showers tend to be 20-40 guest events where the photo backdrop and entrance backdrop are both important. The column creates a vertical photo element at the entrance or beside the gift table, while the standard 6-ft backdrop holds the garland behind the dessert or seating area.
About 70% of our bridal shower bookings happen in Q2-Q3 (April-September), aligning with wedding season. Saturdays in these months book 2-3 weeks ahead; weekday slots stay more flexible. Common LA venues include Fairmont Miramar gardens (Santa Monica), the Beverly Wilshire and Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills, and private homes in Brentwood, Bel Air, and Encino. For brunch-style bridal showers at restaurant private dining rooms, the column is removed and only the backdrop installs (slightly smaller setup, same package price).
The two foil ring accents are sized 18" — large enough to photograph clearly but not overwhelming. They're mounted on the backdrop frame alongside the garland, not as separate floor pieces. For showers where the ring imagery isn't the focus (especially Sage & Cream palette bookings), you can swap the ring accents for heart accents or florals at no charge — mention in booking notes.

Bridal shower balloon package — questions
Is the balloon column really included or an add-on?
Included as standard. Most other packages have it as a $120 add-on; for bridal showers, the column is what creates the photo-ready entrance, so it's in the base price. This is the package's key value differentiator.
Can you set up at a brunch venue?
Yes — we work with most LA brunch spots. Confirm with the venue that third-party decor is allowed before booking. Common venues: Republic of Pie, Republique, Manhattan House, Bottega Louie private dining. We typically remove the column for brunch setups (table arrangement) and use only the backdrop.
Do you provide bachelorette decor too?
No — bachelorette themes (sashes, props, novelty items) aren't in our scope. We focus on balloons and backdrop. Our packages pair well with standalone bachelorette accessories from LA party-supply stores or Amazon.
Can we get the bride's name on the vinyl instead of "Bride to Be"?
Yes — up to 14 characters. Common alternatives: "Mrs. [LastName]", "[Name] is Engaged", "Future Mrs. [Name]", or a date. Longer needs an extra panel ($35).
How early should I book for a Saturday bridal shower?
2–3 weeks ahead is safe — Saturdays Q2/Q3 fill up first. For Q4 (October-December) bridal showers, 1-2 weeks ahead works. Same-week is sometimes available depending on schedule.
Can you do a tea-party-themed bridal shower setup?
Yes — the Sage & Cream or Champagne & Gold palettes work well for tea-party themes. We can adjust the column to be slightly shorter (3.5-4 ft) to keep proportion with smaller table arrangements common at tea parties.
What if the bride hates pink? Can we go without it entirely?
Yes — the Sage & Cream and Champagne & Gold palettes are pink-free. Both are increasingly popular for clients who want bridal-elegant without the traditional pink association.
Are the ring accents tacky for a sophisticated venue?
For sophisticated venue showers (Beverly Wilshire, Sunset Tower, Greystone Mansion), most clients swap the ring accents for heart accents or removed them entirely. Mention in booking notes — no charge for the swap. The ring accents work best for casual at-home or restaurant bridal showers.
Can you set up before the venue opens?
Yes — early-morning setups (8-10am) work for most LA venues. The Fairmont Miramar, Beverly Wilshire, and similar properties accept early load-ins with notice. Brunch-venue setups are typically done in the 8-10am window.
Does this work for engagement parties too, or only bridal showers?
Excellent for engagement parties — the same setup with "Engaged" or "She Said Yes" vinyl (mention in booking) instead of "Bride to Be". The included column makes engagement parties look polished without needing the larger anniversary package scale.
