Only with a Special Event permit obtained by the host from the City of Manhattan Beach (planning@manhattanbeach.gov). We can install once the permit is in hand, but we don't apply on the host's behalf. Most Strand-area events use the Strand House or a beach-adjacent home instead.
Yes — both. Tree Section (east of Sepulveda) has standard residential parking; the Hill Section (west of Highland) has narrower streets and we sometimes shuttle from the nearest level access point if the home is on a steep walkstreet.
Mid-morning (9-11am) for evening events, or 7-9am for daytime events. Beach traffic and parking pressure both peak after noon on weekends, so earlier is always smoother for everyone.
